- Hosting: DreamHost, whose servers are located exclusively in the United States (DreamHost, 2025).
- Email marketing: We use an opt-in mailing list; unsubscribe links are included in every message.
These providers process limited personal information solely to deliver their contracted services.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Contact-form submissions and mailing-list records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or until you request deletion.
- Server logs are maintained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostics, then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access & Correction: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask that we correct inaccuracies.
- Deletion: You may ask us to delete your personal data. Newsletter subscribers can also self-remove at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Security Measures
- TLS/HTTPS encryption of data in transit.
- Secure, access-controlled DreamHost servers with routine patching.
- Role-based access for staff.

These controls align with FTC guidance on protecting personal information (Federal Trade Commission, 2015).
9. International Data Transfers
We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside the United States. If future transfers become necessary, we will implement appropriate safeguards and update this Policy accordingly.
